Grr.

We've always been aware that Tessa can get pretty protective of her toys and bottles but it wasn't until this past weekend that we saw her opening defending mom from dogs that ran up unexpectedly and were too friendly.  Meters away when this happened, Tessa ran back and bodychecked the other doggy, then proceeded to pin it until the threat was over.  She's also stood up to Kofi lately and, according to George on one occasion, managed to send him flying when he was being overly rambunctious.

Today, I guess I discovered that I get unreasonably protective of people I like as well, and irrationally angry at anyone who treats them poorly.

I wonder who got it from whom.
